These changes, which will come into effect on May 1, 2018, will affect our Privacy policy and marketing methods.
This transformation allows our company and allows you, agencies, platforms and affiliates to consider our partnership with confidence and long-term.

We now respect the high standards of the new European law (the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), which will take effect on May 25.
- We allow our customers and affiliate partners to better understand their personal data, how they can change it and ask us to stop using it.
- Our outsourced service providers are themselves selected for their compliance with the GDPR.
- Our emailing policy has evolved, both in terms of data collection and data exploitation.
- Our internal security processes have been improved with the adoption of a Computing Charter and a strict ISSP.
If, for any reason, you do not agree with our new terms and wish to close your account, you have the option to do so before these conditions take effect, by sending an email to info@eldogency.com.
